Dr. Kris Nadler
Dr. Nadler has 20 years’ experience working in the field of sexual violence response and prevention and holds a B.A. and M.A. in psychology, postgraduate certification in adult education, and a doctorate in organizational leadership from Grand Canyon University. They are passionate about educating adults, hanging from cliffs on tiny ropes, and science — specifically, the simple science of creating an organization full of powerful people keeping each other safe.
Dr. Nadler is a psychology professor and program manager at University of New Mexico – Los Alamos, where they wrote and received a 3-year, $300,000 Federal Department of Justice Office on Violence Prevention grant for which they coordinate planning, public awareness, education and training projects. Dr. Nadler’s consulting company, KD|Interpose LLC, obtained a 2020 state Department of Health contract for strategic planning and project coordination to provide consultation for a coordinated action for violence prevention in Los Alamos County.
